Let’s do this. I hate this word: diets. It instantly makes me feel hungry. Why is it necessary? Well my doctor has told me numerous times over the last year that I need to loose some weight for my health (both physical and mental). Okay fine. But do we have to call it a diet? Why not just eat healthier, which is exactly what you do for good diets and call it something fun like vacation? I’d much rather tell people I’m going on a vacation to healthy eating. 😊 See doesn’t that sound better?? BTW, the spinach wraps at subway are REALLY good! I switched out my bread (😭) for the wrap tonight. It’s a winner!
